I’m a UI/UX Designer and Project Manager who loves getting his hands dirty in code.
I bridge UI/UX design, front-end development, and product management. Whether I'm crafting interfaces from scratch or leading remote teams async, my focus is shipping clean, useful, and reliable digital products that people genuinely enjoy using.

Translating high-level ideas into real software
My career spans digital design, front-end engineering, and software product management. Most of my day is spent acting as a translator between clients and developers: sitting down with people to figure out what they actually need, sketching out clear UI architectures in Figma, and then writing the front-end code to make sure the final product matches the original intent.
I don’t believe in over-complicated processes or endless meetings. I run product management almost entirely async using GitHub, Jira, and Notion so developers can stay focused on writing code. Whenever there's a tough front-end problem—like a complex drag-and-drop workflow or an intricate Chrome Extension DOM mutation—I jump in and write the code myself.
Where I've Been Working
Led a fully remote engineering team of 4 to design, build, and scale a B2B SaaS platform and its companion Chrome extension.
- Ran day-to-day product management entirely async using GitHub and Jira so developers could stay focused on code.
- Designed the full UI/UX architecture from scratch and created a modular white-label system allowing B2B clients to launch their own branded versions.
- Wrote front-end code for the trickier UI components, including custom drag-and-drop workflow pipelines.
- Personally tested and QA’d major browser extension updates to guarantee zero breakage across live client releases.
Architected and engineered an on-demand browser extension for an accounting firm to automate daily multi-account banking reconciliation within QuickBooks Online.
- Automated banking transactions across 184+ client corporations, eliminating over 70% of manual bookkeeping hours daily.
- Implemented deterministic rule-based matching with dual QuickBooks DOM compatibility and webhook audit summaries.
Managed digital product launches and visual design for major enterprise clients, guiding deliverables from kickoff meetings through to production deployment.
- Acted as the core translator between clients and engineering teams—transforming high-level brand ideas into actionable technical tickets.
- Stepped in to write front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and managed web hosting servers and infrastructure for client rollouts.
Delivered independent, remote contracts for UK and international clients—designing brand assets, building custom web interfaces, and handling front-end development.
Designed and built the official digital platform for the Azores Tourism Biennial from the ground up.
- Wrote custom front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to deliver interactive exhibition schedules and visitor guides.
- Managed the full technical rollout, including web server configuration, DNS setup, and deployment.
Collaborated directly via Transglobal Advanced New Media to adapt international entertainment marketing campaigns for the Portuguese market.
- Localized and designed high-visibility digital and print promotional materials for major film and media releases.
